About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77ok online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support services made available through the 77ok website and its associated mobile browser interface. By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on 77ok, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

77ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Eligibility

Who May Use 77ok

Access to and use of 77ok is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. 77ok reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on 77ok under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated programs may not register or use player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 77ok employee. Such individuals are ineligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have placed on your 77ok account or on any partner platform that shares exclusion records with 77ok.

Account Rules

Account Registration and Management

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on 77ok. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts. 77ok uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 77ok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify 77ok immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Report via the in-account help channel. 77ok may suspend the account pending investigation to protect your balance.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 77ok will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered mobile number before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account.
• 77ok reserves the right to close any account, void all pending bets, and return uninvested deposits where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to platform integrity.
• All account registration and KYC documentation must be submitted in the name of the account holder. 77ok will not process withdrawals to a mobile wallet that is not registered in the same name as the 77ok account holder.

77ok recommends that all players complete identity verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when making their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

77ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Bangladesh mobile financial services. The following payment-related terms apply to all transactions conducted through your 77ok account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no mandatory maximum deposit limit at the platform level, but individual transaction limits may be imposed by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your 77ok balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support via your account's help channel with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet registered under the same name as the 77ok account. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after that cut-off or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• 77ok does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may charge its own transaction fees. 77ok has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party provider fees.
• 77ok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional KYC documentation may be required before the withdrawal is authorised. This process is in place to protect account holders and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

All transactions on 77ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77ok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion performed by your payment provider before or after a transaction is the sole responsibility of the account holder and is governed entirely by your payment provider's terms.

Bonuses

Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering Requirements

77ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published in your account dashboard at the time the bonus is credited. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page within your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts. Any attempt to use a bonus on more than one account will constitute a breach of these Terms.
• 77ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, 77ok will honour completed wagering on the credited amount already in play.
• Free spins credited to an account will expire within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement. Unused free spins lapse automatically and carry no cash value.
• 77ok may at its discretion offer seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions will carry their own time-limited terms and will be clearly communicated within the platform.

Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct and Platform Integrity

77ok is committed to maintaining a fair and trustworthy gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or sharing live dealer hole-card information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies to generate profit. Any winnings derived from a technical error will be void. Players who discover an error are expected to report it through support rather than exploit it.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime conducted through the 77ok platform. 77ok cooperates fully with law-enforcement agencies and will disclose account information where required by applicable law.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing another individual to operate your account for financial gain. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.

77ok's platform integrity team monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is conducted. During a freeze, deposits will not be accepted and withdrawals will not be processed. 77ok will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number once a review has been initiated.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

77ok provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ok excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. 77ok does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability without advance notice.

77ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to business, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 77ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 77ok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77ok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Players who do not agree with the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request closure of their account by contacting support via the in-account help channel. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those Terms.
